After the week of adulation and over veneration of the so-called Executive Minister, EVM it is time to cleanse our palates and clear our minds of the wrong doctrines being slowly but surely infused into our collective brains. I hope you will bear with me as I will digress to other topics along the way.
As expected, there were many Birthday greetings ranging from the simple to the sickening praises of a man. It is sickening because they go against the very teachings we were given before and because some are uttered by the very ministers who are supposed to teach us the Biblical truths. Here are some from America:
This young STF Minister greeted with these words:
In case you missed it: he said EVM “PERSONALLY SAVED HIM FROM LOSING HIS LIFE”?!?
This statement is deplorable in so many levels.
- There’s not even a small “Thanks” to GOD. Whatever happened to…
“Give thanks to God no matter what circumstances you find yourself in. (This is God’s will for all of you in Jesus the Anointed.)” 1 Thessalonians 5:18
2.Was EVM literally there at his accident? Did “The Most Important Man in the World” give him CPR? Operate on him?
(Makes me think of those Dos Equiis advertisements – – EVM does not call 911. 911 calls EVM.)
3. Does EVM now have the power over Life and Death?
“The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.” Acts 17:24-25
4. This is a painful slap to those families of those who did not survive. Why didn’t EVM save their lives?!
Brother Vasquez, if you want to score brownie points don’t do it at the expense of those who passed away. It is a lowly thing to say.
If some of you are not aware of what I am referring to, Brother Vasquez was one of the the two survivors in a car crash that happened on the 1st January 2015. They were on their way back from the Philippine Arena where all Evangelical Workers were REQUIRED to attend the New Year’s concert in which rapper Chris Brown was a no show. On their way home, around 2:00 AM, they stopped on the side of the freeway because the driver was so sleepy. Sadly, a drunk driver hit their car and two of the Evangelical Workers died: Brothers Elson Gabrintina and Justin Soriano.
If EVM had only followed his father’s instructions to all brethren that we would only have church activities on New Year’s Eve early in the evening and have a closing prayer no later than 9:00 PM, the deaths of these young men could have been avoided.
To add insult to injury, the Administration had to use its influence over the police and media to suppress the news about the accident so that it would not blow up into a scandal. You don’t believe me? Try searching for the news online. The only thing you would find is this tiny article where it does not even mention that they were INC or that they were Evangelical Workers of the Church nor that they were American citizens.
To top it all off, Brother Vasquez has the nerve to go on INC radio and LIE. He was told to specifically say that “he alone decided to go to the concert”. Really? You were NOT REQUIRED to sell tickets to the Arena? You were NOT REQUIRED to attend? What did you get in return, Brother Mark?
Like I said earlier, bear with me as I digress. Let’s go to another “greeting” for the so called Administrator. Here is a screenshot from a video of Ministers of the Mid-Atlantic district where they do some odd chanting mixed with Biblical verses and cheers, to promises to EVM, to some Karate Ki Ai, and a pledge of allegiance. It’s like an odd-non musical-We Are The World-video. Let’s sort this out:
- Why would the Ministers need to assure the so called Executive Minister that God would never leave him alone? Is he unsure?2. If EVM is so dynamic in his leadership, why is it that after 7 years of Administration EVM still needs to be reassured by Ministers that they will be loyal? Losing control perhaps?
3. Why do they call him SIR? If some are not aware, most Ministers call EVM- Sir. So what, you say? Please read the letter of the previous Executive Minister, Brother Eraño Manalo regarding the use of the word Sir. Let him explain:
Here is a larger view of one of the paragraphs, wherein it states (in English) about the origin of the word “Sir” or “Sire” which means “Master” or “Lord”.
Thus, he instructed NOT TO CALL HIM or any Minister, “SIR”, even if it is to show respect because what prevails is the doctrine (which he quoted):
“But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers.” Matthew 23:8
Let’s think about this for a moment. What is the point of being called Brother instead of Teacher? That we are all the same. So how can one be “The Most Important Man in the World”?
Once again, what does this show? EVM still continues to move away from the doctrine of God and regulations set by the previous Administrator. Just go back to my previous posts about Loans (The Present Truth), on Houses of Worship and On Prayers. You will see WRITTEN instructions of Brother Eraño. See for yourself how this Administrator continues to defy his own father and most of all, God’s commands. And you still ask why so many brethren are angry? These are not made up lies. What I have written here are based on the doctrines we have all received, brethren.
READ! THINK! OPEN YOUR EYES!
Let me end this with the last part of Brother Eraño’s letter:
It says, “Let us fulfill these instructions in order to take care of the Church against ANYTHING THAT MAY TURN IT AWAY FROM ANY OF GOD’S COMMANDS and to maintain the cleanliness and purity until the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
